Processing

All units are carefully prepared and inspected prior to shipment. Processing times vary depending on the product selected and are separate from shipping time. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific timelines.

Orders are processed during standard business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping & Transit

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Stellé Luxe Hair is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Any issues that occur during transit must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not reduce processing time.

International Orders
