Ordering & Processing

Our ready-to-ship units arrive pre-plucked and customized, with full construction details provided in each product description. Custom-made units are tailored according to the selected specifications and requested modifications. We recommend reviewing all details prior to placing your order.


Custom units are crafted to order and require a separate processing timeframe, which is noted prior to purchase.
Processing times vary depending on the unit selected and are separate from shipping time. Please review the product page for estimated timelines before placing your order.
Orders may only be modified or canceled before entering processing. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.
We accept major credit and debit cards, along with secure checkout and installment payment options available at checkout, including Afterpay.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Stellé Hair by Niks is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines depend on the method selected at checkout. Expedited shipping applies to transit time only and does not shorten processing time.
Tracking details are sent via email once your order has shipped.
Address changes may only be accommodated before an order enters processing. Once shipped, we are unable to modify delivery details.
If your package is marked as delivered, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. We are happy to provide tracking details and shipment confirmation to assist with the process.

If shipping insurance was included, we will guide you through the claims process accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the hygienic nature of our products.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Claims are reviewed at our discretion.

Hair Types & Quality

Our Raw hair is 100% unprocessed, typically sourced from a single donor, and retains its natural texture and strength. It offers maximum longevity and versatility.

Our Virgin hair is high-quality hair that has not been chemically processed but may be sourced from multiple donors. It provides consistency and a polished finish.
Raw hair is ideal for those seeking long-term wear and maximum customization. Virgin hair offers a refined look with excellent durability at a more accessible price point.

Wig Care & Maintenance

Yes. We recommend using a heat protectant and moderate temperatures to preserve longevity.
With proper care and maintenance, our raw hair can last 3–5 years or more. Virgin hair typically maintains its quality for 2–3 years. Longevity depends on maintenance routine and overall care.
Minimal shedding is normal. Proper care will help maintain the integrity of your unit.
