At Stellè Luxe Hair, we are committed to delivering a seamless and elevated experience. Our policies are thoughtfully designed to ensure clarity, protect the integrity of our brand, and provide every client with the highest standard of service. We kindly invite you to review our policies prior to completing your purchase to ensure a seamless Stellè experience.


No Refunds or Exchanges

At Stellé Luxe Hair, all sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Custom & Made-to-Order Units

All custom units and made-to-order items are final sale. Once production has begun, the order cannot be modified, canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Lace & Alteration Policy

Any unit that has been worn, altered, customized, washed, styled, or had the lace cut or manipulated in any way is no longer eligible for review under any circumstances.

Lace that has been cut, tinted, glued, or modified voids any eligibility for claims.

Cancellation requests may only be considered if the order has not yet entered processing.

If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately after placing your order at stelleluxehair@gmail.com.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will not be permitted.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items must remain unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

Stellé Luxe Hair reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet these requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Stellé Luxe Hair is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
